This is the second painting in a series I am created to honor owls—these awe-inspiring creatures that have long symbolized wisdom, intuition, and a touch of magic. In this one, I wanted to bring a vibrant, realistic woodland scene to life, with an owl peeking out from the hollow of a tree. The lush foxglove flowers and little clusters of mushrooms add to that enchanting forest feel, as if you’ve stumbled across a secret moment in nature.
